The Layer Editing Mode

To get into editing mode, long-touch the layers in WatchMaker until they go all wobbly. The layer editing mode now let's you do a couple of handy things with the layers such as:

Determine what design elements show up on top of another (or underneath, for that matter)

Go into editing mode and long-touch the layer you want to move for a second time and hold it. You can now move it to the bottom (by moving it to the left) or the top (by moving it to the right) of the other layers.

Use case: Move your watch hands to the very top. Add Realistically Moving Shadows.

Duplicate a layer

Go into editing mode and long-touch the layer you want to move for a second time. The text “Duplicate layer” will appear underneath the original layer. Tap it and the new layer will be created with exactly the same characteristics as the original one.

Use case: Realistically Moving Shadows.

Delete a layer

Go into editing mode. When the layers go all shaky on you you'll find a little cross at the left top corner of each layer. Tap it and the layer will be deleted.
